Structural design

We have a year-long experience in several types of prefabricated elements, concrete, wood and steel. We can give detailed information and advice you on the right structural design combined with the right supplier.

We are very experienced in the prefab concrete industry, both Dutch as well as international. For instance prefab stairs and staircases, walls, balconies, floor slabs and concrete pillars. There are numerous possibilities.

We draw all elements in our 3D drawing program, including all necessary reinforcement. This means we can quickly and easily produce a list of needed reinforcement steel, which can be used to calculate your budget.

Prefab floor elements

Not only do we draw prefab slabs, we can also calculate the needed reinforcement for each element.

Solid and hollow walls

We also both draw and calculate solid wall-elements and hollow wall-elements. A hollow wall has a hollow shaft which is going to be filled up on your building site.

Concrete beams ans columns

Prefab constructions often use prefabricated beams and/or columns. Of course we can also draw and calculate there prefabricated elements.

Stairs and balconies

Drawing stair(cases) and balconies in all shapes and sizes is something we also do. We are very experienced in both drawing and calculating these prefabricated elements.
